Crafted by our pastry chefs Emmanuel and Sam, crowned the winners of Bake Off: The Professionals 2018, experience an afternoon tea with a Vegan twist this autumn at The London Hilton on Park Lane.
Discover the taste of a great British tradition with tea that reflects the autumnal months with sandwiches, freshly baked scones, pastries, and brightly coloured miniature fancies. Pastries include a vegan raspberry savarin, blood orange milk chocolate pillow, exotic tart, and a pistachio sponge with Jasmine jelly dulcey parfait. Fancies include mango parfait and aquafaba macaron, and hazelnut brownie with azelia ganache.
The afternoon tea offers a variety of warm, freshly baked plain, raisin, and chocolate chip scones served with strawberry jam, Cornish clotted cream, and salted caramel spread. All complemented with a selection of organic Hope & Glory teas.
Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2 pm to 5 pm on weekdays. During the weekend and on Bank Holidays, afternoon tea is served from 12:30 pm to 5 pm.
