Crafted by our pastry chefs Emmanuel and Sam, crowned the winners of Bake Off: The Professionals 2018, experience an afternoon tea with a twist this summer at The London Hilton on Park Lane.
Discover the taste of a great British tradition with tea that reflects the summer months with light sandwiches, freshly baked scones, pastries and brightly coloured miniature fancies. Pina Colada cheesecake, chocolate coconut with a rum jelly and caramelised banana macaroon bring the taste of summer to you.
The afternoon tea offers deconstructed classics such as black forest gateaux and a passion fruit, strawberry jelly tartlet, both bursting with flavours. A variety of warm, freshly baked plain, raisin and chocolate chip scones are served with strawberry jam, Cornish clotted cream and salted caramel spread, while being complemented by a carefully chosen selection of Twinings teas, including a special blend of infusion teas such as ’Pure Camomile’, ‘Thoroughly Minted’ and ‘Superfruity’. The delicious delicacies reflect Chef Emmanuel and Sam’s journey through Bake Off: The Professionals, 2018.
Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2pm to 5pm on weekdays. During the weekend and on Bank Holidays afternoon tea is served from 12:30pm to 5pm.
